    Gamers' edition just allows you to play mods, if you want to create stuff, you have to install the modders' edition.

    That's the gist, REDkit for TW2 is a beta that's supposed to pave the way for the full TW3 version. CDPR also want to start licensing REDengine 3, so it's a prelude to that.
