Yesterday, 06:30 PMan improvement from witcher 2 i'd like to see is ai that doesn't rely too much on artificial "armor" or "hp", they should parry and block with their swords and shield, preventing you from ever making contact, making non contact methods like aard an even more important resource. and they should do so skillfully if they are soldiers or veteran bandits. i want to slice through a dozen pitchfork peasants, but i want fights with professional soldiers to be difficult, and fights with knights to require lots of tactics and strategy, and not just exploiting game limitations or rolling around like a tumbleweed.
Yesterday, 06:14 PMgeralt defeats the school of the vipers, impales letho anally and beheads emhyrs personally after raping his daughter in front of him.
yep, geralt has no mercy for people who give him this much trouble.

it's also worth mentioning that there isn't much going on underneath ryse, deep down and project cars that is comparable to a witcher game. ryse is a typical slasher game with awful ai, deep down is an mmo with rudimentary ai, project cars uses an engine that's purpose build for driving simulation, leaving plenty of room for visuals. their engine also utilizes gpu properly, not like say arma 3, which is a bunch of modern tech shoved onto a decade old engine that barely chugs along, failing to utilize gpu properly, rendering shadows using cpu, and other terrible techniques indicative of devs not caring about optimization.
also, ryse looks pretty terrible actually.
