    Oh, sorry! We usually have virtual DRINKS in the Hairy Bear; I don't think I've ever seen anyone take fisstech there. During birthdays, we have virtual cakes, and during cold season, virtual chicken soup. I think maybe we don't party on your level. :P

    If you've never seen Coleman before, he's in the back room of the Hairy Bear if you DIDN'T give Haren Brogg's chests to the Scoia'tael in Chapter 1 (or if you haven't seen Raymond yet).
    If you've already talked with Coleman, then look for him on the Dike, talking to one of the guards. I don't remember if he's only on the Dike after dark or not.
