  1. Motherboard beep and debug codes

    Would anyone have a reference for motherboard beep and debug codes (for an MSI motherboard/Award BIOS)? My computer decided to stop booting tonight and all I get is one long + two short beeps and the debug code D6.

    As far as I can figure it out it points out to the video card being dead, but if someone has a better idea, I'd appreciate a hint.

    I picked the game up yesterday, played it for couple of hours, got my ass handed to me several times, and I must say I rather like it. To be sure, I already found several things that annoy the heck out of me, but well nobody's perfect.

    Anyone else playing XCOM right now?

    Polish isn't that bad, if you want to see a language with a severe vowel shortage, take a look at Czech. It has entire sentences without vowels, e.g "Zmrd chrt pln skvrn vtrh skrz trs chrp v čtvrť Krč"

    That you chose 'chrząszcz' tells me that you're entirely aware of how Polish words look to English-speaking eyes. :D
    Consonants are the bricks, and vowels are the mortar, and words like 'chrząszcz' seem to English-speakers to not have enough vowels to hold them together. ;)
