Ok, we get it. The game will work on consoles as well as it will work on the PC. You don't have to lie to us on which platform you'll be playing it

Why not? I'd be polite about it!

Hackers exist is DS because GFWL doesn't give a flaming shit about them, CDPR supports their games so I guess they would have some kind of check to see if their lv matches the skills and if their equipment and spells match the stats the devs intended. Also hackers in DS mostly have no idea how to play the game, hence the reason why the OP themselves, so most of the time they're easy to deal with since their skill lv is too damn high.

the Fixer said:I haven't discovered the lore because I never played the game. But at least I know that it's an action-adventure RPG, not a story-driven one. In fact, I read that the story itself is quite feeble, whereas all the attention is focused on the excellent combat system. And no, story and lore are not the same thing, not here at least. But it wasn't my intention to criticize the story of Dark Souls, I don't even know it well enough to.
The point was just that the two games in question are centered around different game elements - the combat for Dark Souls, and the story for The Witcher. Player invasion works in the first because it makes sense there and adds to the core element of the game, it wouldn't in the latter because there would have to be too many compromises for a feature that's extraneous to its gameplay and which adds nothing to its core element.
And if it wasn't complicated, it'd be shallow or mediocre - giving the impression that it's there just because it's popular. If it were to be CDPR's first multiplayer experience, it'd have to be more than good. ›››
Simplicity equals brilliance, also the story of TW itself isn't all that complicated either, it's just that a lot of it was a mystery until the end of the 2nd game.
Dalladrion hasn't added any friends yet.
