    I agree. I just don't see how such powerful items are not under heavy regulation and guard. Even in lawless parts of the real world, the most powerful weapons tend to accumulate in the most powerful hands even if those hands are the most powerful because of the weapons.

    You've installed into CookedPC\globals\items. The path should be CookedPC\items. The mods should NOT be in the globals subfolder.

    Did this and it looks like things are working now. Have not been able to test everything because of where I am in the story right now.

    Ah, I have not played my DA2 DLC yet because I have not completed a DAO->DA2 run through that I was doing to get all my "choices" line up as I prefer.

    But, there is a respec mod for DAO and there are repec potions you can buy unlimited except by gold in Awakening and I had no qualms with using them profusely. It did not ruin the story for me at all and it let me play around with talent.

    That is the point of a game, to play. But, not every one does it the same way.

    The rules only matter when more than one person is involved. But, TW2 SP is a purely solitary experience. There is no reason ot be bound by other peoples rules.

    The Arena on the other hand has at least a point system where players can share their point totals.

    I'm playing the Arena, right now, on easy mode, against 5 Earth Elementals. I need a respec. Should have invested in Yrden.

    sure I can. I can expect anything. doesn't mean it will happen. Incidentally, this is not a feature request thread. I was just asking if there is a way to respec geralt when someone felt like lecturing me on my preferances.
