I actually am using motioninjoy along with the 360 emulator app. I cannot seem to figure out how to customize buttons properly...

So the dll error that was missing resulted in my needing to install an earlier version of direct x, version 9. this caused the error to go away.

Ok so I got myself a newer and better PC.

I have another issue... the last PC I had this problem and reinstalled the game, and it fixed. I have this problem again, and I do not want to redownload and reinstall because I have already done this twice and my cap is gonna fill up... lol

It is the famous missing dll error when I try to launch the game. Last time I could not fix this without reinstalling it. Checked the game cache files twice and it says one file failed to validate and will be reacquired.. said this twice.

IS there an easy fix for the dll error... there are all sorts of things in guides online but I am not sure which ones work and which do not.

As well, when I launch the game it always does the three steps trying to install Direct X, Framework and something else... My PC is fully up to date and has latest versions of everything.

Steam is so problematic for me.

Ok thanks Guy. What would be a good gpu number to start with? I bought it at Futureshop so I have the 30 days to return it. The restocking fee should not apply? Im gonna call them.

Just spoke to FS... they told me that whoever said my PC could run most games was incorrect. Going to switch it. What is a good GPU rating Guy?

Should I just return this pc to futureshop.. I, mean they told me this box would run most games no prob. Is this lack of gpu issue going to happen with most games or just this one? Games such as Diablo 2, wow, etc.
