18.01.2013 @ 21:07the best thing to do is completely reinstall the game and when it asks you to keep your saves click yes. Also before you do that back up your save files from my documents/witcher 2 <-- back up gamesaves files then uninstall the witcher 2 and then reinstall it. once you've reinstalled the game update it to the newest version 3.2. then just drag and drop your gamesaves into the new witcher 2 folder created in my documents
18.01.2013 @ 20:42are you stuck? is there other autosave files you can access before that? looks like either your gpu might be heating up and causing artifacts
18.01.2013 @ 02:58sorry about the trouble! but i managed to fix it. If anyone is running AMD CCC 12.10 update to 13.1, which luckily for me came out today. it fixed the problem which related to explorer.exe crashing every 3-4 minutes caused by the file in system32 called atiumd64.dll. So AMD 13.1 drivers have fixed the issue!
17.01.2013 @ 07:35windows Memory test found no problems. i followed the clean boot state guide and the problem is still there.
