    I doubt Triss knows anything about Yen since they started to isolate her due to her relationship with Geralt.

    This makes me think, what if they use this Geralt/Triss relationship to make Yen side with the Lodge and fight against Geralt?

    Are you talking about Geralt? I don't think I've read something about him making his own equipment from monster parts but he extract them as trophy and bring them to whoever employs him.
