I always wondered how tall and how much Geralt weighs. Is there any actual evidence for this? Or are there any reasonable speculations?

I've always been a huge fan of the Witcher games since its released. But I just started to read the Witcher books, from which I ordered 2 years ago(ashamed of myself). While reading, The last Wishes, I was confused. I know for a fact that the Witcher game took place after the last novel, "Lady of the Lake", or in general after the events of the Witcher Saga. However, do the two earliest books, containing the short stories, have any chronological order? I know The Last Wish is chronologically before The Sword Of Destiny, but does it take place before the Saga? I always thought these two books were a collection of Geralt's hunting before the Saga began. Yet, the story of the Striga princess is in the Last Wishes which is a quest in the first game. I'm so confused.
