Good evening people

Ok this might have been a topic before but i couldnt find it so sorry if it already exists.

Anyways a good friend of mine has a ATI Radeon HD 6970 she updated drivers for it ( If it matters )
And she easely has all the requirements to play the game. The problem is asson as she starts playing
Gerald stands halfway into the ground or i should say the ground goes up. I have experienced only twice in the game that i was accually swimming in the dirt..but this i never had so i do not know any solution. She tried all different settings (( high/low resolution, high and low graphs )) and it all didnt help. the game is fully patched aswell.

Does anyone know what to do about this? I want my friend to play the witcher 2 and she can't wait to play it without the ground raising above her head so please help help help
