We have only seen 2 armors ingame and I think it's quite too soon to be dissapointed yet or not?

That would be expansions, no dlc, at least CDP Red said that they wouldn't do simple DLCs and charge for it unless they are big like the expansions long time ago, before DLC happened.

That wouldn't be enough though, as TES and Battlefield are established and known games series over the past years. CDP Red and the Witcher aren't that famous yet, but I'd think that when Witcher 3 and CP2077 comes out, they will be better known and have reached more people without turning into a money making driven company (which I hope that won't happen) like some other companies.
