He didn't write anything about the subsequent history of the Northern Kingdoms. Thus we have to use a combination of what he did write, what we know about a world that he clearly drew on when writing about his world, and what poor imagination in comparison to his we can bring to the party.
Alternatively, we could say that because Sapkowski gave no answer to the question, we should pull a Wittgenstein and refrain from asking. But that's no fun.

I might be wrong, but i think that lady of the lake showed us some of what happened to the kingdoms far in to the future. the way i interpreted was that the whole realm was unified in a sort of democratic federation. brought by the succesor of the nilfgard emperor... i might be wrong though...
Anyway im gonna choose brokilon and go with the Brokilon Amazon team
