Topics I've Started
17.11.2013 @ 02:34Just stumbled upon this on reddit.
Bullet points on new stuff:
- Consequence and character variation based on previous choices.
- New minigames.
- ~30 outfits in TW3.
- Horses have stats, can be trained, Geralt will talk to Roach.
- Something special regarding additional weaponry which is a surprise for now.
- Group finishers will not be cutscene-esque like TW2.

25.09.2013 @ 16:15This thread is dedicated to posting screenshots and art released by CDPR for The Witcher 3.
I've tried obtaining everything I can in high quality 1080p but some stuff just can't be helped.
LOW BANDWIDTH USERS, CLICK THIS OR MY SIGNATURE INSTEAD TO GO TO ALBUM, IT'S FASTER BUT HIGHLY UNSTRUCTURED.
These were on the Witcher 2 engine, DirectX9.
These are on the DirectX11 version(REDEngine3), quality has greatly improved.
These seem to be from an older build, evident from lack of sheaths and the look in general. Likely released to compensate lack of new material.
25.09.2013 @ 08:52Hi guys, a thought has been going on in my mind. We do not have a thread where we could post whatever TW3 screenshots or artwork(official ones of course) that we find.
Should we have one? Normally I would've just started a thread but I'm thinking that most of us forum members have seen everything CDPR has released so do we require it? Could it be useful?
22.09.2013 @ 10:16I read this interview today, has some interesting information, some old, some new:
QuoteA couple of days ago, we had the pleasure to interview Greg Rdzany – Senior Technical Producer at CD Projekt RED – and Balazs Torok – Lead Engine Programmer at CD Projekt RED. Greg and Balazs shared some new information about the Fur tech that will be implemented in The Witcher 3 and talked about PhysX 3.0, Tessellation, DX11.2, Global Illumination, and shared their opinion about other commercial engines – like CryENGINE and Unreal Engine.
