    Well guys this is it, my final installment of the politics of the Witcher 2 series.

    This is why I think the Witcher 2 is one of those rare games I can consider a work of art. It is the meaning and pertinence behind all the politics that I deeply value and appreciate.

    I've been listening to music at random, and I thought I wanted to listen to This Fire Burns by Killswitch Engage.

    And as I was listening and paying attention to the lyrics, I thought of Alvin. And I just cried teared up.

    This song suits him so perfectly:

    It so perfectly captures his tragedy, his pain, his hopes, his insanity, his obsession with the antithesis of his icy nightmares: fire.

    Such a great character, I want to hug and punch him at the same time.

  4. The Wild Hunt and Jacques de Aldersberg

    As TW1 players remember, the Wild Hunt at the end asks Geralt if he could take Jacques' soul, an offer Geralt can accept.

    So lore experts, can anyone tell me what the Wild Hunt would want from Jacques' soul? Him being a source most likely had something to do with it, and I know they are interested in Ciri for being a source and a prophesied figure.

    Which brings us to this. Can Jacques or his soul, make a brief appearance in TW3? What possible consequences could this have?

    I think it would be interesting if Geralt and Jacques came face to face again for a brief time.

    Regardless, I hope Alvin will be mentioned in TW3. In TW2 there was only one implicit mention of him and I've always found that disappointing. So I hope Geralt's past in TW1 gets revisited in some capacity.

    Sorry for contributing to getting your thread closed Knight, I don't hold with feminism, but I hold with everybody expressing well reasoned opinions like your own. I shouldn't have raised the point about Saskia just needing to button up compared to Isabella's unarmoured and unclothed state, bound to be divisive. Regards, Bloth.
