So, is it out? :) ›››

Nope, they postponed it for the second time. The current release date is May 11th. There is no way the other books will be released on schedule (by the end of 2012), blah.

Its the paperback version instead of the hardcover...hardcover is hard to get for some reason.

Hey, that's great! I gave this a "Like it" on FB though I don't understand one word of the article
I can see what you see not, Visions milky then eyes rot.
When you turn they will be gone, whispering their hidden song.
Then you see what cannot be, shadows move where light should be.
Out of darkness, out of mind – cast down into the Halls of the Blind…

Thanks, Petra! It's just a store page with book description :)

And wow, ordering it online is slightly cheaper than buying it in a store, delivery tax included :|

In some bookshops that is the case, even though I don't know why is that good for them, but until it is cheaper it is better, right?

Either way, have fun reading them and if you haven't done so already, I suggest you reading the English versions too, because they are really good.
As for the translations, only one book is translated into Hungarian (The Last Wish I think), but I prefer to read in English, so it doesn't really matter for me.

Thanks. I only read The Last Wish and The Sword of Destiny. I do not want to read them in English because it just feels disconnected. My language is closer to Polish and most, if not all, words can be translated correctly. This is not the case with English and I find that a lot of the core feeling is lost, it just doesn't feel the same.

That's lucky, as I was forced to play TW1 in Hungarian for the first time (fortunately, I found a way to set it to English after that, which was not the easiest, but it was worth it) and I'd rather not read a book or play a TW game (generally, this is true to other games too) again in Hungarian, if possible. Bad impression I guess, because these translations aren't of the best quality to put it lightly.
Or I guess I should just learn to speak Polish. :)

Both Blood of Elves and Times of Contempt is really good, so have fun reading them. ;)

Hello.
I 'm interested on buying the Polish books. I 'd like to find the old version, though. I don't like the new covers with the characters desinged for Assassins of Kings.

I know i can search on my own, but i 'm sure that friends from Poland would already know of many e-shops where i could address.

Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you.
