Using caps locked is very unpolite and means to shout at others.... I guess this wasn't your intention ;)
You launched your thread in the General discussion forum of "Rise of the White Wolf", we have for issues like yours an extra 'Story & Quest' forum and... there is a special thread just for the Sephirot problem. I will merge your thread with it. I hope you find there help, if not, let us know

I can see what you see not, Visions milky then eyes rot.
When you turn they will be gone, whispering their hidden song.
Then you see what cannot be, shadows move where light should be.
Out of darkness, out of mind – cast down into the Halls of the Blind…

I've been playing through my game missing some of the bugs that people seem to easily encounter, but now I think I've got one of my own that I can't find any mention of on any forums or wikis. Of course, I just may be missing something, so let me know if I am.
I am trying to unlock the Mysterious Tower. I have Vizima Confidential complete up to Raymond giving me his sephirah and going to wait outside the tower. Two things are wrong, howerver:
1) My journal thinks I only have 6 sephirah when there are 7 in my inventory.
2) Every time I click on the Shrine OR Altar of Melitele, the Use Object screen shows my entire inventory greyed out. I cannot make a sacrifice at all. And I do have acceptable items for sacrifice in my bag. The three sephirah you receive from the Altar are the only ones I have left to collect.
Is my only option a save game editor now? I made an attempt at downloading and installing it last night and it did not work though I followed the instructions in the readme.

Which sephirot stone do you have that isn't reflected in your journal?
I hadn't realized that you could get the stone from Raymond before you had the other nine; I thought his was always the 10th stone.

Do you have any mods that alter your inventory? If so, you might want to remove them from your Override folder for a few minutes while you go to the Melitele statue. If not, you might try buying a Melitele-eligible item -- an item that you don't have one of in your current inventory -- from the waitress in the Hairy Bear and see if that works.

If you don't have any mods that are messing with your inventory, and if buying a new item from the waitress in the Hairy Bear doesn't work, let me know, and I might be able to make you a tiny mod that will give you the necessary sephirah.
Want to be IN a computer game? I'm making one, and I want a picture of you! See here for details.
I've made three new adventures for TW1; you can get them at corylea.com/.
I've also made a bunch of mods that fix bugs, kill annoyances or tweak gameplay; you can get those at the Witcher Nexus.

Yes, it looks like it's not counting Raymond's. My Journal entry reflects "Kalkstein's notes are invaluable. I have found another Sephirah."

Nope, no mods. And what's this about buying something from the Inn waitress?

Looks like a bug with unexpected order of gathering sephiras. You should get sephiras from Melitele altar before getting the one from Raymond. Load savegame before getting sephira from Raymond.
Btw, do you have the lastes patch installed or at least patch 1.4?

Victory demands no explanation, failure allows none.

I REALLY need to do more thorough backups in the future instead of saving on top of previous saves...I'm set back many many game hours if I opt to load the save that took place just prior to a trouble spot.
I need the Keth'aar sephirah when all i got at the moment is Maal'Kad (all others were installed...I'd install them as I got them and during my 1st run through game I never had a problem). Problem is I have no clue to get around point where I've done the autopsy and determine Kalkstein is guilty. Ramsmeat I had determined as not guilty and told him thus...making him 'green'. Then later when talking to Raymond and tell him I'm ready for Ramsmeat, he becomes killable, but when I try to progress again with the Sephirah...I cant seem to find the Maal'Kad monolith. When tracking quest the flashing one is one I dont even have yet and I could have sworn I put the Maal one in a place already. The closest save I can go w/o losing alot of progress is leaving the hospital after the autopsy (having not yet visited Raymond with the results or confronted Kalkstein). I'm stumped...my first bout had me in same place but no Sephirah problems.
Okay probably more than one problem but it seems to be all on Sephirah at this time unless doing the fishpeople quest will help unlock the rest of the way.
EDIT: Got ahead of myself. Finding out how to get to the crypt fixed things...now on my merry way to give (inadvertently) Javed the towers books and such.
