Hi Tommy,
Yes I do, please allow me to fill you on what I have done so far.
I have copied both files and pasted them in the installed game directory, then i made the .ink file shortcut from the installed file to desktop.
Then I pasted this C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe" -DTW.language=3 -jar "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher Enhanced Edition\TWEditor.jar" -Xmx256m into the target line of the said file on desktop.
I run it, and it does nothing, did i do something wrong here bro?
Thank you.

You only need to copy one file . That would be the TWEditor which is 256 kb in size and paste it in the steam\witcher\Data folder. Then right click the TWEditor that you copy\pasted and select send to desktop.

If you go to the TWEditor that you placed in the data folder and right click and select "Open With" there should be a browse button. Click it and point to C:\Windows\System 32\javaw

I noticed, since I downloaded/installed that Jportable/jportablelauncher, that a copy of the javaw.exe was in the Common File folder it put on my desktop (which is where I told it go). So I just had to direct the shortcut to that file, and I associated JAR files with that copy of the javaw.exe. Round out about way, but it worked...almost.
So, when I set it up, and tried to launch it..the next issue I had was it was that it was trying to search for a file in the \data folder (dialog_3xxx) and it couldn't find it... because my TWEditor was starting from the data file, and it was looking for a sub folder...so I had to move the TWE jar into the Main witcher file, and it finally found it that way. now its working.
Again, i have no idea why javaw isn't in my sys32 file..but...there ya go LOL. The end result for my shortcut patch was...
Target:
C:\Users\turtlecub\Desktop\CommonFiles\Java\bin\javaw.exe -DTW.install.path="C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher Enhanced Edition" -DTW.language=3 -jar TWEditor.jar (Dopped the\Data)
Start in:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher Enhanced Edition" (Dopped the\Data)

I would like to edit 2 quests, as they got bugged and could not be finished in a save.
I got the programm running, i can view the save file tiles, i can unpack the save, but i can not open up any of the unpacked files.
Getting this message when trying to open 1 of the unpacked files:
Save file structure is not valid
TWEditor.DBException: Save signature is not valid
TWEditor.SaveDatabase.load(SaveDatabase.java:75)
TWEditor.LoadFile.run(LoadFile.java:44)
Any help would be appreciated

The Saved Game Editor isn't supposed to enable you to edit your quest files. The Editor can give you ACCESS to the individual quest files that are stored inside your saved game, but to edit them, you'll need to use Djinni.
Which quests are giving you trouble, and what seems to be wrong with them?

Act III, Six Feet Under:
Listed as active, last stage, need to talk to Sigfried for the reward.
The reason for the issue, as i understood it is that the "Six Feet Under" and "Echoes Of Yesterday" are mutually exclusive, however going through some forums, found out that they could be completed together, would have to restart the 3rd act, losing about 30h gameplay.
Gold rush was finished, Echoes Of Yesterday aswell, Six Feet under could not be finished before Gold Rush started and after the Gold Rush was finished, Sigfried is standing near the Flaming Rose cloister without an option to finish the Six Feet Under Quest, while the quest log states that i should talk to him.
As i understood it, by the end of the Act it will be failed and i will miss 4500XP+gold. Nothing gamebraking, but i would still like to somehow finish all the quests i got.

This isn't a bug. There are two major factions in the game, and if you side with one of them, the other faction stops trusting you. Having some quests be mutually exclusive is a way of making the story more real to the player.

If you accept the Six Feet Under quest you can`t complete the Echos of yesterday quest and vice versa . If you complete the Echoes of Yesterday quest then you cannot complete the Six Feet Under quest. Nevermind I see Cory`s already answered.
