If you have the american version of the game, you need to download the localized.bif file.

You can not post a link to download that file on this forum however.

But I believe there is a post here that deals with obtaining the localized.bif file as well as the bif movie files.

I've just (at last!) dropped this mod in, and so far I've seen the first 'Shani' sex cutscene with it in. IT's startlingly erotic - much more erotic than the 'standard' version, although all that's changed is Shani's skin. She looks exceedingly natural.

Your quite welcome, but I cant take to much credit for this, the skin was almost complety painted by the game devolopers and while I threw a few negitve commets there way at first, I have said it before and will say it again.

It is my belief that they pushed the limits as far as they could with The Witcher even in the EU version of the game, for the sale of the game (In the US anyway) an AO rating is death on the market.

The game was well made and the nudity (Which fit the adult theme of the game) was easy to re-impement (Not only that they could have deleted this thread. Im not a lawer but Im sure theres legalitys involed)

My thanks to them (Getting pissed off at the apparent censorshp and BS of the ESRB\wallmart M rating compared to AO rating, lead me into reskinning many games) and all who took the time to comment, And to the 100+ people who took the time to do the poll.

Im not quite sure what would cause this.

Is this the only mod you have installed.

And if so have you tried starting a new game, sometimes save games caused issues.

Unfortunately, we can't just put Triss' head on a new body.  The models for the characters have the head and body together, so we'd need an entirely new model to make a version of Triss with one of the other outfits.  And importing new character models into The Witcher requires a $4000 program.  So you see why it isn't on every modder's desktop. :-)

I wold like to know the name of this 4000 dollar program sound interesting. like to see if have demo or trial version.

You have a choice. They can either be nude only when they'd normally be wearing their nightgowns, or they can be nude all the time, everywhere. However, nude only indoors is not an option.
