PM Finished TW a few minutes ago.
CDProjekt...congratulations on a superb job. I waited and read all the credits, something that I very rarely do...but you guys and gals deserved it. So many people, a small but very talented army, played a part in creating TW...
...and so many more will help to create the "must do" sequel!
Props to the music composers and musicians as well. I never once got tired of the background music, amazing since I've been playing TW for a month.
Thank you for a job very well done. Count me in as a Beta tester if you ever need one in the future.

Just finished it last night. I was up until 2 AM and my wife thinks her 43 year old husband has completely lost his mind! (Especially after playing the game almost every night for a month) I also sat and watched the credits roll just to savor the completion of a fine game. Anyway, I must say this is the best game I've played in years, if not the best game I've played period. Well done and huge kudos to the CDProjekt Red team. I'm very much looking forward to your next offering. In the meantime, I think I'll have to make another run through the Witcher and explore some different options.

I too, have just completed the game - and have watched all of the credits because I didn't want to miss a thing about this superb game.
Personally, its my game of the year - no other game has come close to giving me the amount of enjoyment that The Witcher has.

This game totally rocked ! Best thing since BG2 and Fallout.
Watched the credits to the end :)
The game has its flaws, trade quarter load, buggy quests, weird dialogue here and there, etc,
but it more than makes up for it by being so fascinating.
Great work !
Excellent ending movie, but leaves something to be desired due to vagueness.
So, how long till part 2 comes out ? :)
I'll definitely play it two more times to get the other two main storylines.

I also just finished the game. Absolutely, completely awesome game. I loved the writing, the music, the gameplay, the character development, the story, the artwork.... Incredible work, and THANK YOU for the many hours of wonderful gameplay! I have only a few small requests. PLEASE, make a sequel....at least one sequel, preferably two or more. Also... please consider adding a few goodies like a tshirt or two, a Geralt poster, and a witcher medallion necklace to your store! I keep checking to see if you have anything like that for sale... would love a witcher necklace!

Just finished playing "The Witcher" for the first time! And I am saying for the first time because I definitely intend to play it again and see the different endings (I decided to side with the Elves in CH IV). This game was incradibly fun for lots of reasons.
First of all great visuals. The graphics were incredible, everything from spell and potion effects, to sword effects and the enviroment (I actually sat quite a few times when I was in Lakeside to look at the horizon and the Black Tern Island).
Second of all beautiful and totally immersive music. I am glad I bought the collector's edition and have the soundtrack to listen whenever I please. Games like this one prove how important music is to make a game memorable.
Third but probably the most important one the story line. The story was awesome and came as a total surprise to find out who the Grand Master really was. It is also the first game I can think of with choices and paths during the game that actually have a significant impact in how everything plays out in the end. Plus I really enjoyed the fact that the available choices were more than just "Press 1 if you are good and 2 if you are bad". Thw world is definitely not black and white and The Witcher captures this perfectly.
So after having finished the game I can say that I am left with a sweet taste in my mouth so to speak. Sure there were some things that needed improvements but the few bad points don't go anywhere near to overshadow the countless good ones. Congratulations to CDPROJEKT for an RPG the likes of which I have not played (and didn't expect to ever play again) since Planescape Torment. IF there is something I would ask is fix the few minor problems (some dialogs that didn't make sense mostly) and for the love of god please let there be a sequel!

I would also like to congratulate and thank the makers of The Witcher. It was a truely excellent game, one, that will stay with you long after you have finished it...
I have played a LOT of RPGs to this time, but among them Witcher is very highly ranked. It has it's flaws (some are even really annoying) but the overall impression is excellent! :)
I can hardly wait for the sequel.

The game was amazing. I stumbled upon this game on accident, because you have to admit... it was released near christmas time here in the states (November) and yall aren't a well known company, so im sure there are many out there who have no idea this game exists. They should! Im telling everyone. All my friends are going to buy this game, or at least download the demo (which is what got me). There are a few flaws in the game, but considering this is your first game its like a 3 year old playing mozart on the piano and occasionally hits the wrong note. IT DOESNT MAKE IT ANY LESS AMAZING OF A GAME.
PLEASE MAKE A SEQUEL.
I sided with the elves and brought down the Rose, saw an ending with an assassin w/ witcher equipment on him... is this the same video that everyone sees, or is it just that one? I intend to play for the other endings either way, but is the last video the same in all of them?
Thanks for the great game, and keep it up. If you continue to make genre breakers like this, you'll be the next Blizzard. (not the potion :P)

I completely agree. Super good story line and fun all the way through. There have only been a couple of games that I couldn't put down, and this is one of them. Music is top notch as well. I love the synthesizer score when your character is in a crypt. Brilliant, ace game, CDProjekt!
