PM The nurses (actually paramedics) who ask for the honeysuckle or hops are in no way related to the two nurses sex card. That is path related.

My understanding is that the nurses will have sex with you if you've chosen the neutral path (as opposed to the Scoia'tael or the Order).

Corylea is quite correct, your choice of guardian for Alvin / love interest has no bearing on whether or not the nurses will sleep with Geralt. With the nurses, the timing of the "fling" is a bit different than it is with either Toruviel or Rayla, but it is still during Act V :)
