You can buy one; try Cedric. If Cedric is dead, you will need a mod to add it to another merchant.

Weird, I download these 2 mods yet the item is not there.

Is the naming something obscure that I'm missing it? I even tried doing a search in the xml files provided and can't find the word arachas there.

With the "innkeepers" mod, the placement of the file is critical; the file def_shops.xml has to be at "CookedPC\items\def_shops.xml".

It's called "Crab spider eyes"; that's why searching for "arachas" comes up empty.
