I am at level 23, and I have not any potions, except only two vitality potions, and a kiss and blizzard potions. I tried so much, but I couldn't even manage his health down to %75. It's certain I can't defeat him without a miracle, though I killed his Koshchey but he is much more powerful than his Koshchey, cause of his knockdown and stun abilities. I played through to this point very fast, so I suppose this situation is my own fault..

I highly doubt If I can find any, but I request a save file after Azar Javed fight, just for my satisfaction. Because I do not intend to load an older save and play it all over again, especially when I know I stuck on the very end of the game.

You could try using the Saved Game Editor to alter your existing saved game to make you powerful enough to defeat Javed. With the Saved Game Editor, you can add talents, weapons, armor, potions, vitality points, and so on.

Edited to Add: You can also add talents, potions, weapons, armor, and other goodies with the Genie Wish Mod, if you have trouble getting the Saved Game Editor to work.
