Well maybe additional, but I will probably never play with it. It is nice, but I don't need it. Why would I want to play RTS or PontAndClick with Rift?

But it would be interesting to observe the effects of virtual gaming on a player's physique and psyche.

In fact, Rift is healthier for the eyes that the ordinary monitor. The point is that the optics there are made in such a way that your eyes focus at the infinity, which is their natural state. While with ordinary monitors you have to focus your eyes at a closer object, which is in fact bad for them (in prolonged periods).
On the topic, I certainly hope that CDPR incorporates the Oculus Rift support into The Witcher 3. It would be really awesome, and now the guy in the video in fact more or less proved that it's possible. On a side note, I'm for shure buying Oculus Rift the day the consumer version is released.
