PM I'm currently in my fifth or sixth playthrough and yesterday I made that sneaking run around Loredo's house in Flotsam.
There, for the first time, I discovered that you can peek into the basement through the narrow windows in the wall where you knock out the first soldier, and watch Loredo's mother preparing Fisstech.
I was totally surprised and the song she sang while she was walking around the room gave me a shiver down my spine.
Did you guys find something new after your x-th playthrough, when you thought, you've seen everything?

Ah yes. The window. I think I discovered it in my second playthrough. Love that shit. It's what keeps each run interesting and fresh 
Can't think of anything particular right now that I've experienced that most other people probably haven't. Will have to give it some thought. Will be back.

Tearing my hair out, trying to figure out why there aren't any non-human Witchers, or at least something equivalent to a Witcher oriented warrior.

Yes. I've lost exact count, but the number of TW2 playthroughs land around 15-18 and I know for a fact that I found something new every single round (new content such as EE not included). Same for TW1, but the number of playthroughs I have with that is not quite as high. CDPR pay such an insane attention to detail that they've literally poured into their games. It's really quite staggering, especially when you play something else and are able to compare.
