One question has been haunting me ever since I sided with Roche on my second playtrough , and center around the fate of Loredo and overall the non-human in flotsam , and more specifically around Moril and Mottle .
Spoiler begin .
If you side with Roche all the way in act 1 , betray Iorveth decide to assassinate Loredo , there is strangely less suffering on the non-human side that if you don't . Meaning , there is no pogrom , you get to free Moril (as sad as it was you end her suffering and free her child from the madness of Laredo's family ) Mottle is not burned alive as the other elven woman and overall Flotsam don't suffer Loredo's betrayal overall. The only non-human to suffer are those on the barge , terrorist for some freedom fighter for other, who are deliver to the prison for non-human . On the other hand the act 2 and 3 of roche's path is not so nice for both non-human and Geralt Friends and open a few hard dilemma but This not need be discussed here .
My first save I sided with Iorveth , on TW1 , I was either neutral of Scoia'tael , simply because even tough Siegfried seams nice his I hate all that represent his order , and in the end I was right too hate those bigot . But on TW2 the abuse suffered by the non-human , the casual indifference or pleasure the human showed to those abuse, and after prying Iorveth a bit on his true goal , not childish revenge as the previous Scoia'tael , but the establishment of a state where they could live free of oppression , an Idealistic goal , I sided with him as too both chase Letho and help them, mainly help Zoltan in fact. I was quite pleased with Iorveth's path, contrary to Roche's path in act II and III , you have the possibility to sent event in motion that help the non-human , but that was before I learn of Moril's fate . I explain myself in the act 1 I choose to save the elven women burning instead of taking out Loredo , Iorveth assurance of Loredo's future demise is quite comforting but after searching a bit I learned he stay in control of Flotsam and sell it to Henselt ,and that means Moril is never freed. Moril fate originally comforted me in my first choice of Iorveth , but no I am not so sure anymore. Iorveth Casual dismissal of the fate of flotsam is more and more bothering me.
So basicaly my question is this , is there no way to choose Iorveth , save the elven woman and still kill Loredo? I find it odd that Roche's Commando fail to assassinate him without Gearalt .

That's the beauty of this series there is no "perfect way and make everyone happy". If you choose Iorveth you must either save the Elven damsels in distress or go after Loredo.
