In another thread I read that TW3: Wlid Hunt is due at the end of 2014 (november / december?)

Damn, what a bad luck !! I wished TW3 would ship in may-june 2014(like it did TW2), before summer holydays.

What do you think about it? Is this information well-founded?

Well i wouldn't be surprised since it's coming to PC and next gen consoles, so the game will need a lot polishing.

That's worry me a little, if they date the release at the end of '14 that imply that there are huge possibilities it would be released at the begining of '15 Posted Image . Delates are always present....

What?!

How do you jump from the game being released late 2014 to it most probably being delayed till early 2015?
Explain yourself.

Personally I'd welcome a late 2014 release date. Means they spent more time actually making said game.

Yep and there wouldn't be an Enhanced Edition needed.

The Witcher 3 is due at the end of next year and there's still much we don't know about it.

I'm fine with Holidays 2014, there's still plenty of time to shift to Nvidia just in case since they will now ditch Havok in place of PhysX.

I love the idea of a late 2014 release, ill even take a 2015 release, i dont care, just give me some cool trailers, gameplay mechanics facts, screenshots, and i can live like this for years and years, until the absolute perfect TW3 comes out with all the time it needs to be polished properly.

Late 2014 sounds good to me.

In the mean time, drown us in epic trailers!

I do not want it to be released too early, but only when it is completely done, polished, and practically bug-free. It's a huge project, and, probably, very costly. So no need to hurry, make mistakes, and be hurt in reviews and sales.

Don't you overdo it. No more than 9 portions a day is the recommended daily intake.

Seriously, I see no reason to worry at this time. I seem to recall them saying the first iteration of the game is somewhat finished. 18 months to work on the new renderer and polish everything to CDProjekt's standards seems pretty good to me.
