About items - seems like they're introducing a lot more customisation.

And yes, you will be able to use a boat. ›››

Ever since that screenshot with a somersault whale, I've been craving some underwater content. Some hidden underwater caves, monsters, secrets.

Looks like swimming's going to be in the game as well so there might be such areas available.

Probably not in Skellige Islands though, as Geralt would freeze. So, no "Free Willy!"

Or we could only enter a certain area when there is low-tide, like in one of the short stories.

They scare the fuck out of me. Which is good, cause that's what monsters are supposed to do.
I left my heart to the Wild Hunt a-comin'. I live until the call. And I plan to be forgotten when I'm gone. Yes, I'll be leaving in the fall.

Yes, there seem to be some veiled promises of
kinky sex in TW3. People who demanded less sex actually got more, but different, so in a sense, less...standard? I'm having a hard time picturing the mocap sessions though.

Does anyone remember Yuck, the ugliest dog in the world cartoon?
He used to hang around with a paper bag as his burka. These kind of reminds me of Yuck.

I find your thought process... disturbing.

Then again,
it obviously pales in comparison to the artist's.

Yea, they did say that you wouldn't be able to swim in extrememly cold water. It does make sense though, freezing water temperatures are pretty dangerous.

That'd be great, and it would also be a cool nod to the fans of the books.

I was kidding, of course.
Willy can die off and become fish nuggets for all I care.
:harhar:

That explanation is perfectly fine. However, perhaps not all waters are that cold.

That's so neat!

I think I've read somewhere that some areas are only accessible under certain weather conditions, so perhaps, you're on to something!

Again, it's said in the German article that Geralt would be able to swim/jump/climb. The restriction being that you can't swim in the cold waters. I assume they take advantage of this restriction in the quest described there, where Geralt has to find a boat to get to a certain island.
