i am on steam
the canyourunit website shows i am able to run it at least on low settings
take a look at my dxdiag and see if it can run right

was the website wrong or am i missing somthing

Sorry to inform you that your GPU is way below the minimum requirements. Also your CPU is just barely enough for minimum. canyourunit is very inaccurate, i suggest you take a look at this page to check if your computer can play a game:

It uses 3Dmark score so it's more accurate.

It may be possible to improve your performance by making sure it's set to the lowest graphics, dropping screen resolution (playing in windowed mode if necessary). Also make sure that everything in the CCC is set to "application-controlled". But it sounds as though you've already tried most of that.

canyourunit is notoriously unreliable.
