loading problem

so I installed the enhanced edition last night and it played fine. This morning, I downloaded 2 patches, and now it won't load the game. The launcher loads, and then the medallion symbol comes up, and just sits there. So I tried to manually install patch 3.2, but it says I have to install patch 3.1 first, which I already did.

Loading problem came before installing the latest patch? If so, try disabling the AV. If it's steam version, try disabling steam cloud. Are you installing with admin privilege?
