How can I tell what version or patch I have? I've looked for an 'about' tab but if it's there I've missed it. I got the 1.5 patch but I don't want to install it unless needed. Plus, if my version is early I want to finish the current game before installing it.

Find the file system\witcher.exe under the folder where your game is installed. Right-click on it and select Properties.

On the Properties dialog, the Details tab has your version information. If you are fully up to date, both the File Version and the Product Version will be "1.5.1304".
