If your card has 1 GB of video memory then try setting the
Texture downscaling - none
depth of field cutscenes to disabled .
Then retry

Nope no change..still that funny textures start to "extend" from Geralt(his hair)..and from that guy who interrogates him in prison(sorry, forgot his name). And yes my graphic card has 1gb gddr5 memory..to be precise is a Gainward Gts 450 1gb gddr5. Did something like this happen to someone before or am i the only unlucky case?

Vernon Roche :)

My friend had a glitch that looked just like that while playing WoW... It turned out his GPU got quite warm. Have you looked at how warm it gets?

Well i am using msi afterburner to monitor the video card and it stay at about 55 degrees celsius(during gameplay). I think that's good enough...Fan speed is at 65%. I don't have any trouble with other games like Skyrim or Assassin's Creed III...just with Witcher 2.

Drivers are all updated to the latest version? You could also try disabling\lowering one by one all the settings and see if there's any change.

spiking as you showed in your screenshots could indicate some defective RAM on your card or possibly your system RAM You can check your system RAM with either the builtin memory tester that`s included with windows 7 or with
