I get like 40 maxed with the 670, not enough for me so I turn off ubersampling

Same here. Around 40-45 FPS with ubersampling on. I also turned that feature off. Aside from that, I got everything maxed out.

I have an Asus GeForce GTX 660 Ti graphics card, which is basically similar to your card, except a slightly smaller bus with (192bit instead of 256bit).

Played the TW1 on PC. By the time TW2 was released, my PC (which was too old regardless) died, and I played TW2 on 360. Considering the arrival of the next-gen, I'll probably assemble a new PC or buy a powerful notebook, since I prefer to play on PC, and I don't think that buying consoles in the first months would be a good move (both 360 and PS3 had a lot of problems).
