well of course in Assassin's Creed it is a bit (or a lot how you say it) unrealistic, I doubt there is anyone who can hang on to a ledge for a very long time let alone indefinitely lol
The point was the character control, it feels great running around and doing shit :D

Wasn't the combat there like in Assassin Creed where enemies attack you strictly one at a time and wait their turn to die? That way you can walk all you want knowing nobody is attacking you from behind.

I haven't played it, that's what I've heard. I would strongly prefer enemies taking advantage to back stab.

In Batman, enemies are like Nekkers, though not as fast of course. They certainly take advantage of getting behind you, and do not take turns, forcing you to be prepared to counter as well as attack. On the Hard difficulty level, large crowds can be quite punishing, especially at early stages before you've developed a feel for the games combat. The gadgets are nice at crowd control. It much more similar to TW2 than Assassin's Creed. Its a fun game, I defiantly recommend.

Assassin's creed combat is, well, I didn't really like it. It may "look" similar but it felt different and is far easier.

A "sprint" funtion like the one in Dark Souls could be handy. A simple quick burst that could be use to jump further or perform leaping attacks like previous posters mentioned.

Well if you have a sharp eye and get used to counter attack, you may not need to use gadgets to beat them. But yes, on hard it's exetremely difficult to deal. And that's what the Riddler challenges stand for :)

Batman AC combat anyway is near to perfection imho. Definitely harder than in AA.
