PM Hi guys i have retail copy of Witcher 2.I am unable to update the game using autoupdate only 23 parts are downloaded.I Have decided to download rest of the parts separately.My question is do i only have to download english language pack which has 5 links also where to put these files.

There are 36 parts plus the language packs. Put them all in the same folder; it doesn't much matter where this is. Then run TW2EE_Patch.exe. You can get them all here: http://en.thewitcher.com/ee_manual/

I don't think so. You said you downloaded 23 parts. There are 36 parts, and you must have them all, in addition to the English pack.
Identify the parts from that page that you do not have, and download them.
