Hello everyone,

I've just encountered a serious problem with my saves. I'm at the end of the game (Act 3), on Iorveth's path, and, in order to complete the game with Roche, I let a save of my progression at the end of Act 1, where we have to make a choice. Today, I checked this save, in order to see something which I didn't see the first time in Act 1. Then, I left the game, and, when I relaunched it, my save of Act 3 has simply disappeared ! I'm not deleting it, so I'm wondering where the hell that damned save has gone ?

I'm playing on "The Witcher 2" with Steam, and the Cloud Gaming is activated. I've looked at the repertory containing my saves, but I didn't find it. Let just see that I'm quite irritated at this moment. I don't know where to look, so I've decided to make this thread, in order to get some informations.

With cloud saving you are allowed 100 MB total . So it doesn`t take long to accumulate 100 MB worth of saves . I`m sure that after you reach the limit they then start overwriting although I cannot be certain on this . I have my cloud saving disabled at the moment . But check closely at the name of the saves . Sometimes the pic doesn`t match the save and also the saves can be out of order . What I did was disable cloud saving then deleted any saves I had in the Documents>Witcher 2>gamesaves folder then I opened the Steam>>userdata>ID number>20920>Remote and copied all the saves I had there into my Documents>Witcher 2>gamesaves folder .
