Being able to use signs with your weapons sheathed is nice and logical. but as for the sword, in each swordsmanship style, there are techniques called sword drawing slash, which unsheathing the sword and hitting the opponent done at the same time and by a single move.
how about implementing this kind of movement ?

Well said bro . when cutscene ends before drawing my weapon the enemies already keeps attacking me before I do so . When the cutscene end in The Witcher 3 both Geralt and NPCs should be at some distance and sword shouldn't be sheath .

Another thing is that I hate controlling those stupid ghost-soldiers in Act 2. Those parts are very hard in dark mode and I don't know how anyone could get through them on insane. When the playing character isn't Geralt the difficulty shouldn't increase, especially when you're controlling something as staggeringly unwieldly as those guys.
(It took me years to understand what Skinner really meant when he said this.)
