Does finishing dark mode unlocks insane achievement?

Hi I play the witcher 2 steam version and i'm kinda an achievement hunter besides I love this game so i wanted to know if I finish it in dark mode it will unlock the insane achievement? or do I have to play it in Insane difficulty? i was wondering because I would preffer have the option to save and reload even if I die.

You have to play on insane difficulty to get the insane achievement.

beware of fast death in TW2EE in insane mode...game almost off after ur death...completed once yet on insane mode
