Hello all!

Just a quick question. Has anyone heard, discovered, noticed, etc. some sort of hidden trait in any of the swords in the game?

Caerme does not seem to give a damn if my opponent is blocking with his sword. Instead of my blade flying back and leaving poor Geralt wide open when an opponent blocks, Geralt just keeps on wailing with Caerme.

Only wondering if anyone else had similar experiences or am I just crazy?

When an opponent blocks, that's the effect you get. Same as Geralt blocks instead. As far as I know, Caerme doesn't inflict any back-damage when Geralt is hit.
What do you mean with hidden trait?

I mean when I strike blocking opponents, I am able to continue attacking without my sword being deflected. I try with some other swords to make sure I'm not spouting nonsense.

Thanks for the replies :D/>

EDIT:

"What do you mean with hidden trait"

I mean something the sword can do that is not in the description.

It might have been a small bug. I am looking through save to find a situation where I can fight armed enemies who can block.

Secondchildren, are you saying Geralt will not have his sword deflected if an opponent blocks with a sword?
