Hi guys, i just want to know if this is normal, when u enter a new area the game sttuter a little and then go back to normal, the loading icon appears in the screen, is this normal?

Yes; the faster your computer can load resources for the new area, the shorter the loading time. Generally, anything that speeds up your disk system (not running your disk too full, defragmenting, making sure virtual disk drivers and real-time file scanners aren't running, putting the game on an SSD) will help with area loading times.
