It would be easier to answer you in a useful way if you explained what edition of the game you have (for example retail, GOG, Steam) and what errors you see when you try to install it.

I have problem with patch...I have normal edition that i bought in store(The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings)-I don't have ENHANCED EDITION.

I want to play on another PC where I don't have internet,but I can't install it beacause I need install patch -.-

You really need internet connection to play this game?

The only patch that you need to get the game up and running is this one
0->1.35 http://en.thewitcher.com/patch1-35/ . Download it and burn to a disc or copy it to a thumb drive. Then install the game on the other computer and insert the disc with the patch or whatever medium you use and then patch the game. To launch the game navigate to your witcher 2/bin folder and locate the witcher2 exe and right click then select send to desktop and launch the game from that.
