[Help]TW2 Flickering !!!

This pisses me off, I have a
HD 7970 OC ghz edition 3gb
i5 3450 @ 3.5 ghz
8GB RAM
Catalyst 13.1 WHQL
and the game runs perfectly on maxed out settings but i have this
flickering black lines around my character and sometimes on the map it self.
I Tried:
default clocks on the gpu
vsync on/off
ccc application profile

how can I fix this?

set your monitor refresh rate at 75 HZ. you could also update your monitor driver via window update. note that monitor driver comes in optional update category.
