Missing 2 Modules

I reinstalled the vanilla version of the Witcher from disc, applied the 1.4 patch with english language pack, and then applied the 1.5 patch. Everything is working fine except that I'm missing 2 modules: The Price of Neutrality and Side Effects. The other 5 modules are there, I'm just missing these 2.

I tried the "Enhanced Edition installation problems and solutions" thread but the links to download both modules appear to be broken, I get a 403 Forbidden message. Please help!
