Are you guys still hyped for tw3?

I can't say I LOST my hype, maybe I directed it for a while in another direction (CP2077). It's weird though, that trailer made me want to play the Witcher 2 again, so I started playing Arena on Dark.
This forum lit up for a while after the Steam sale but now it's all quiet again...but it's the calm before the storm, I tell you. 5th of February comes and we're gonna start hyping and speculating and arguing again, just like the "good old days".
I hope.
PS. And yes, I am hyped for TW3, but my relationship with Geralt is more of this mature, long-term bro-friendship. We don't need to call each other every goddamn hour to say how we love one another. We don't miss the butterflies in our bellies. We have trust, we know we're there and if the duty calls, we've got each other's back for life.

Since I loved TW1 and only liked TW2, I was more hyped for TW2 than I will be for TW3. I'm still REALLY looking forward to TW3; I'm just not desperate, the way I was after TW1.
I'm sure Sirnaq will get his enthusiasm back once we get a gameplay video or a Platige trailer or video interviews with the devs. We got all of that and more before the TW2 release, and I doubt there will be less hype for TW3.
It is true that CDPR will be without the valiant Tomasz Gop, who went everywhere and talked to everyone and stirred up a lot of enthusiasm all by himself. Ah, Mr. Gop, we miss you! But I imagine his replacement, whoever that is, will be plenty active when the time comes.

Want to be IN a computer game? I'm making one, and I want a picture of you! See here for details.
I've made three new adventures for TW1; you can get them at corylea.com/.
I've also made a bunch of mods that fix bugs, kill annoyances or tweak gameplay; you can get those at the Witcher Nexus.

I don't know, i can't imagine open world witcher game for some reason. Is it gonna be skyrim with actual story or what? ›››
I can't either, which is why I hope the term is used loosely here. Skyrim is about going it alone in the vast wilderness. Story takes a back seat. Waaaay back.

It wouldnt be good to aproach it that way i think, they should work in an actual map like skyrim but only let you play freely in the specific area where the main story is taking place, so basically like the witcher 1 but everything glued together and each area being a lot bigger.
Another way could be to make few locations, as in TW2 but make them very very big as in the different cities from Assassins Creed 2, allowing you to travel between them with a horse or whatever.
These are at least the two forms id like for TW3, i thought of it being open world when i read the books before they announced it, but if they make it just like a bethesda game then i wont be so excited for it.

Yep as much as I enjoy looking at other CD P.R projects, TW3 should come out before CP2077. Its going to be great. I am positive after 5th February everyone will start talking about Witcher 3 again. I am building my super fast desktop atm with hopes of playing TW3 perhaps next year?

I'm looking forward to TW3, but I'm not exactly hyped about it. I'll play it when it comes, but I can wait.

I'm not a big fan of hype and while I am excited about TW3, I'm not going to fantasize about it and create these false illusions of greatness in my mind. Will it be of the same quality CDPR has been producing? Of course I believe that because TW1 and TW2 were great games that really got me interested in the Witcher universe. Hyping to colossal proportions will only disappoint you.
