Real life? In game? A pen?

I can't even tell if it's a render or what, fml.

Real-life:) It's a picture of a Witcher-themed item - let's call it like that;)

You're giving a witcher's sword as a reward?

I'll stick with a pen, then... the scratches make it look like a relatively small item.

Well, you could make relatively large scratches with a sword. :P

A pen is a good guess, or maybe a letter opener miniature sword. That would be fantastic. :w00t:

That crossed my mind, but it's not very useful... :(

Why would you want useful if you can have awesome? :hmmm:

You're right, of course, on the other hand a pen isn't that useful either, these days. :teeth:

I think in this case the sword might be mightier than the pen. ;)

Hm, maybe CD Projekt is going to do something like TOP Mods from the sended mods of REDKit beta-testers, and then the TOP is going to receive rewards...

You should have had to clarify it earlier, what a fuss in internet because of the 'omg-witcher-3-image' :wallbash: I was gonna do it yesterday but I stopped...

Maybe the beta participants get an early access to The Witcher 3 teaser trailer.

I would place my bet to that. Thinking that they would manufacture and mail smthg to the 1 million PC owners of The Witcher 2 that will download the REDKit (FOR FREE!!!) is simply ridiculous. Their bills would be sky rocket high. :P/>/>/>

On the other hand, rewarding the best modders of the Beta process is all possible and it's in line with CDPRED's attitude towards fans. :D/>/>/>

Any else one here smell a modding competition upon release of the REDkit? I love modding competitions, they restore my faith in humanity.

I've been saying for a while that it would be great if they had a modding competition where people create quests for the main game and the winner(s) get their quests fully voiced and included as a patch to the main game. It would be quite awesome (not that I know how to mod or anything).

Well, at least I guessed it was a real-life object. The pen theory seems more likely now. ;D

If it's a reward for modders, however, I think they really deserve it and more (talking about the serious ones, of course). Only the fact that they work for free is something really worth of praise these days, and if you consider the amount of time they spend just for others to have fun, well, it's amazing.

I'm sure they have fun making mods as well, but this doesn't diminish the facts, in my eyes :unworthy:
