Dear CD Projekt Red,

As an IT colleague and an amateur writer I must say that I have a great admiration for the Witcher video games, technically and story wise. I am sure that you get a ton of praises on a daily basis but I just have to say that you are one of the best (if not the best) companies in the gaming industry. You and your games have a big heart and even bigger soul, and that’s what makes you unique. Which bring us to the topic of this post:

The theme of the final project of one of my college subjects is: Business ethics in “”XXXXX” company.

Basically I need to choose one company and write about its business ethics, and of course, my first thought was: CDPR!

I've read and heard a lot about CDPR and your ethics and corporative culture in the last 4 or 5 years, and I have to say that you guys really put a tremendous effort when it comes to corporative culture. You really care for your employees and your players, you are not just another big, cold money-grabbing corporation.

If there is any chance that I could find out more about your ethics and corporative culture in any form I would be more than grateful. I have collected some material from your blog, official website, wikipedia, news, video clips and etc, but any other bonus material would be a true treasure for my project. Anything from inside the company related with CDPR ethics and corporative culture: Stories,corporative rules, anecdotes, pictures, videos, employees, players, founders… anything would be great. Sadly, I cannot offer you more than my eternal love and gratitude in return (and if I can please be free to tell me!).

I will understand if I ask too much from you and if that’s the case I want to apologize in advance.

Yeah Red is pretty awesome. Not only when it comes to their immaculate games, but their spirit and mentality is just inspiring. Asking one of the moderators for help is probably your best bet. Getting in touch with their community manager or PR representative is also a solid bet. Break many legs bro, I bet you'll nail that shit!

If you haven't done so already, because CD Projekt Red S.A. is a publicly held company, you can also get their formal business and financial statements. When you're writing about a company, the single most important reading material is the footnotes to the annual report; this is the section in which the officers and directors must discuss how the company's ethics and willingness to put those ethics into practice meets their ability to make money.
