Hello,
I need help with 2 Quests.
First one is Meliteles Heart. I helped the Troll before talking to Anezka about the Medaillon and now the Quest is marked finished (I never did anything with it). Does something happen with this further in the game?
Second one is "In the Claws of Madness". I have talked to the Nilfgaardian Ghost and in the quest log I already have two Nekker Hearts and two sets of eyes. I still bought the pig hearts and eyes, now I have 4/2 in the quest log.
But when I talk to the ghost, I always give him the Nekker organs by preference. Is there a way to get rid of them? I can't throw them out because they are listet es quest items...
Regards

Can you go into more detail about your talk with Anezka? The completion of the quest can happen in two ways - either it closes when you talk to Anezka, or it leads to further actions ending with a big fight against wraiths. If you didn't get the wraith fight, you may have made the wrong dialogue choices with Anezka. You may be able to go back to her and talk again, but it may be too late.
If you did miss it, and it isn't easy to go back to, I'd suggest leaving it for your next playthrough. The reward isn't that wonderful.

No, you're stuck with them. You should be able to dump them in storage if they're weighing down your inventory.

Regarding Meliteles Heart
I finished the Troll Quest. When I first entered Lobinden, Geralt said his Medaillon was vibrating but I didn't think anything of it at that time. Later I looked into the game guide what side quests I might have missed and saw the Meliteles Heart Quest. Then I checked my questlog and the quest was already marked finished in the Prologue. (I told the soldier who had it for protection to wear armour, so that he survived and he helped me esacpe the castle at the end of the prologue)

Do you have the medallion in your inventory? If not, it sounds as though you didn't get it in the Prologue. If you have the medallion, you'd have been given the opportunity to ask Anezka about it. The Troll Quest shouldn't make any difference.
So it'll be something extra for the next playthrough. Incidentally, if you DO try for it next time...

Didn't have it. Must have chosen the wrong dialog options in the prologue.
Restarted the game, had to do it anyhow after installing the extended edition

OK. But remember my spoiler above - the game manual and some walkthroughs are wrong about how to get the heart, and it would be a shame if you missed it again.

Not sure I'd give up quite so soon.
Melitele's Heart has two phases. The first phase is completed in the Prologue. If you got Newboy to wear plate, you should have received the amulet right off. It should be in your inventory as "Newboy's Talisman".
When you get to Lobinden, you want to find Anezka and talk to her. This will get the second phase going. It may take more than one attempt at persuasion to get her to talk about the amulet and advance the quest.
Completing "Troll Trouble" doesn't block the quest. But if you complete "Troll Trouble" without getting a Troll Tongue, you will have to buy one from Cedric.
