Hi, i have the steam version and touched the shrine and got the achievement but i dont see the ability in my list and my quen isnt red. Was this limited time or something?

I think it was time limiting for a summer event.

It wasn't limited. My Quen is still red and when touched it causes inciniration :/

Maybe if you touched the shrine while the event was active you get to keep the ability.

Any more info on this please?

Last time I played (I already had the achievement), my Quen still turned red after I prayed there, and this was after the summer. Seems like a bug.
