Hello everyone and thank you for this great game, I bring this little problem as me crazy, I made many clean installs patches which officers use this product, 0> 1.35 patch and then when I upgrade to version TW2EE_Patch3.1 then to TW2EE_Patch3.2, when I run the game in the game goes to v3.1 before reaching the menu where I choose a new game which is closed in the v3.2 and I get this error sign which reads "The program can not start because missing NewNetworkClient.dll on your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." the steam version of the game is, Thanks for your time, I expect a prompt response. The parts of my computer are: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit,
CPU AMD Phenom II X2, RAM 6,00 GB, ASUS M4A88T-V EVO (AM3), AMD Radeon HD 7770. Drivers are updated.

The error is solved by first installing the patch weighs 10gb, and then finally the TW2EE_Patch3.1 TW2EE_Patch3.2. Thank you for your help.

That file is part of DirectX 9. What you need to do is get the DirectX 9 runtime libraries from Microsoft.
