Maybe some of you know Toegoff, one of the most popular You-tube Let's players... He gained most of his popularity after his Dragon Age Origins and the Witcher videos, back in late 2009.
Since last year, he's been really active on organizing gaming marathons to raise money for the Pittsburgh Children's Hospital that's near his home. Many of the people who follow his videos have stepped up to help him doing so.
Here one of his videos about it
This year, he already made a gaming streaming marathon -back in early August- of nearly 24 hours-non-stop, that was able to raise more than 4000 dollars. His next plan is get to 7500 dollars (more than 6200 has been raised by now). The streaming event will be taking place on November 9th, for 30 hours.
He and a couple of his friends will be playing games and for donations of 20 + dollars you can join in for some multyplayer gaming with him (League of Legends is already planned, and joining in Guild Wars 2 and DayZ will be for free, as there is no limit to player participants. He's also promised that he will do a playthrough of Witcher 2 (Iorveth's path).
One point to clarify: Watching the stream is of course FOR FREE, you only have to donate for this fund if you have some special gaming request for Toegoff or you want to join in in some of the multyplayer games he'll be playing.
Here is one of his latest videos about that...
And for the part of getting games and other collectibles...
Here some pics

Here's the web page of the Charity to check it out and also donate.

I think it's clear but I stress it nonetheless, this is a legitimate charity, not a scam. Toegoff doesnt get a dime, it all goes to the Pittsburgh Children's Hospital.
Hope I see you there on the stream on 9th November and hope you can donate some for the kids. They need it.
